2009 Exhibitors have until July 24, 2009 to reclaim their space from last year or to request different exhibit space. After July 24, 2009, the floor plan is open to any and all interested vendors to purchase available space.
Exhibitors must secure their contract with 50% of their booth space fees thru December 1, 2009. After December 1, 2009, all exhibitors must secure their contract with 100% of their booth fees.
Links to the decorator and hotel will be posted at a later date. The George Fern Company is the 2010 show decorator and the host hotel is the Hilton in downtown Omaha.
